Eastside Queer Stories Festival
Eastside Queer Stories Festival is a series of 13 one-act plays written by incredible LGBT playwrights. The Q Youth Foundation and Casa 0101 have teamed up to provide a beautiful theatrical experience. These LGBT playwrights have created such breath-taking works. You will laugh, cry, love, and most importantly you will see fresh new stories! Grab your tickets as we invite you with open and loving arms, because at the end of the day it's "who we are, not what we are" that makes us.

Storytelling in the Eastside Series
Title: Storytelling: Creating a Safe Community for LGTBQIA in The East Side
Proposal: A workshop and panel discussion about the untold stories for LGBTQIA in East Los Angeles.
Purpose: To engage and build a community with LGBTQIA youth, adults, elders, and their allies in East Los Angeles. We want to start conversations about the positive and negatives of being out and document those stories. The community building workshop is to have a safe space to be able to share and have voices be heard as well as to offer advice through the power of storytelling in creating social change.
We are currently looking for Storytellers for this series, if you are interested please fill out a Queer Storyteller form - every month we are open to themes.
